Despite discussion at the Compulsory Meeting prior to the commencement of the season many incomplete results are still being sent to the Results Officer.

As explained at the meeting these results will not be processed and no points will be allocated to either team. Both captains are responsible for a correct result sheet. (Check both sides of the sheet before signing) If you inadvertently send an incorrect result you have two weeks to correct the situation and amend the result to redeem your points. If no contact is made within the two weeks the participating teams shall receive no points.

Most noticeable omissions are:
No surname for players
No order of merit numbers

When adding a new player to the order of merit list you must supply a VMSA approval number and an order of merit number. If you don’t have these details check with your club coordinator.

Suggestion

Whilst first two players are warming up one captain fills in the result sheet with players full names and order of merit numbers, passes the sheet to the opposing captain to repeat the process and you are finished for the night
Before leaving the result at the desk to be faxed just do a quick check to ensure all is OK.
